Therapy typically diagnoses and treats psychological conditions, mental illnesses, and deep emotional traumas from a medical perspective. Spiritual coaching, however, focuses on personal development, spiritual integration, and inner alignment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions. While we often explore past conditioning, our work is primarily forward-facing, helping you establish intuitive sovereignty and self-actualization.

Every session is unique to your current state, but they generally begin with a brief grounding meditation or breathwork exercise to bring you into the present moment. From there, we engage in gentle, focused dialogue to explore your current challenges, energetic blockages, or intuitive insights. We integrate somatic body awareness and mindfulness practices, closing with practical integration steps you can implement in your daily life.

We offer both high-quality virtual sessions via secure video conferencing platforms and limited in-person sessions at our sanctuary space. Virtual spiritual coaching allows you to receive deep, transformative guidance from the comfort and safety of your own home, regardless of where you are located in the world.

Spiritual development and energetic integration are ongoing processes. While some clients experience profound clarity after a single exploratory session, we generally recommend a container of 6 to 12 weekly or bi-weekly sessions to allow for deep-seated patterns to clear and for new, healthy spiritual habits to fully integrate.

Spiritual coaching is not just about the hours we spend together in conversation; the true magic happens in the space between our sessions. We place a heavy emphasis on integration, providing you with gentle homework, journaling prompts, and somatic exercises designed to ground your spiritual insights into daily physical habits.
